No liability for offensive language or imagery will be incurred by Nyx Illuminated Clothing Company.

Hypo-Allergenics

If you have allergies to various materials such as polyurethane then Nyx does not recommend you use these garments. All materials used by Nyx have been used in commercial industry for many years. Although no allergic responses have been noted to date with Nyx illuminated clothing, any allergic response is the responsibility of the individual user.
